L&A Cleaning Services offers residential and commercial cleaning services in Worcester County, including Grafton, Worcester, Shrewsbury, Northborough, Auburn, and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • House Cleaning (one-time and recurring)
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
  • Office Cleaning
  • Eco-Friendly Cleaning

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and agreement with the client.


2. Booking and Payments

  • Booking: Services can be booked via our website, phone, or email. A confirmation will be sent upon scheduling.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods specified at the time of booking.
  • Deposits: Some services may require a deposit, which will be communicated during booking.
  • Late Payments: If payment is not received on time, L&A Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge a late fee or refuse future services.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day may incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.
  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services subject to availability.
  • Company Cancellations: If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client as soon as possible and offer to reschedule.

4. Access to Property

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If the cleaning team arrives and is unable to enter the premises, a lockout fee of 50% of the service cost may be charged.
  • Clients must inform us of any alarm codes, entry instructions, or special requirements before the scheduled service.

5. Service Guarantee and Limitations

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the specific area at no additional cost.
  • Scope of Work: Services will be performed as described in the booking confirmation. Requests for additional services must be discussed in advance and may incur extra charges.
  • Liability: L&A Cleaning Services is not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage to property or items.
    • Items left unsecured or misplaced before our arrival.
    • Damage caused by improper use of cleaning products outside our recommendations.

6. Health and Safety Policies

  • Our team follows strict safety and hygiene protocols.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in homes or offices that pose a health risk, such as mold infestations, hazardous materials, or unsafe conditions.
  • If a staff member feels unsafe at a job site, they may leave immediately, and the client may be charged for the visit.

7. Pets and Valuables

  • Pets: We ask that pets be secured in a safe area during cleaning. We are not responsible for pets escaping during service.
  • Valuables: Clients should secure any cash, jewelry, or sensitive documents before our arrival.

8. Damage and Liability

  • Our team is fully insured, and we take great care while cleaning your property.
  • If any damage occurs during our service, it must be reported within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and determine appropriate action.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by the use of customer-provided cleaning products.

10. Force Majeure
